My background is in accounting & hospitality management. Before working on process automation, I worked in finance operations in higher education, assisting in managing the accounts payable process for the University of Melbourne.

Automated Client Reimbursements. Streamlines client-initiated payments (refunds, reimbursements) in ServiceNow, eliminating manual work across 3 workflow systems. Reduces manual effort by 95% and automatically informs clients of transaction details.
Automated Student Emergency Payments Streamlined Covid-19 aid to students in 10 months, processing over 20,000 payments (1/7th of finance volume) with less than a 0.1% error rate. Reduced processing time from 2 weeks to 4 days, saving the university over $100K.
Automated B2B Procurement Reduced manual processing of 10,000 annual invoices with ScienceWarehouse (SaaS) solution. Implemented XML invoicing & intuitive purchasing. Led UAT, bug analysis & SOP creation for smooth finance team transition.
